And remember the immortal words From # Rob Carson Don’t get The Stupid. And I say always keep your glass half full there’s always room for more Even If😎🙏
I’ll use a recovery lingo. Quit future tripping. Stay in the moment. If you have one foot in yesterday and one foot in tomorrow your missing the miracles of today💝That helps keep me grounded. It helps keep me clean. I can’t, He can, and I MUST let him. Hope that helps. 18 years clean and it wasn’t all my doing for sure! I’m in this moment, in this time for a reason and I am grateful to be alive and to experience every single day. There are many I’ve known who didn’t make it. Addiction ended their lives. So I adopt an attitude of gratitude. But there, for the grace of God, go I. Hope that helps.
It’s great to meet others who get it. It’s difficult for some which is sad when addiction affects almost every family in some fashion. I’m in a small rural community. You can’t get proper pain management so people have gone to the streets and we have lost 6 people to fentanyl. The border needs closed but that’s their plan. Kill our younger and working people with drugs from China via Mexico. It’s purposely being allowed in.
Unfortunately drugs of all kinds get to the weakness and despair in people and our illusions i Renee hearing about herion during Nam hell I know of many gone since HS and graduated in 75 I’m so thankful I never got stuck with that curse
God will continue to work His miracles through His people. He never uses tabulation machines.
LOL—great point!
